At XSquareSEO, we believe in maintaining complete transparency in our payment policies to ensure a smooth and professional working relationship with our clients. Please review the following terms carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Payment Terms

We offer multiple payment structures based on the type of service to provide flexibility and clarity:

a) Monthly Retainer

• Clients subscribing to ongoing SEO services pay a fixed monthly fee.
• Payments are structured as 50% in advance (before the work begins) and 50% at the end of the month.
• This includes continuous optimization, content updates, keyword tracking, and link-building strategies.

b) Project-Based Pricing

• For one-time or custom SEO projects, pricing is determined based on the project scope and requirements.
• Payment breakdown:
  • 50% upfront (before project initiation, to cover research and planning).
  • 25% mid-project (upon reaching an agreed milestone).
  • 25% upon completion (after final deliverables are submitted and approved).

2. Payment Schedule

• All payments must be made in advance before the start of any work.
• Retainer payments are due on the 1st of each month.
• Late payments exceeding 5 days will result in a temporary suspension of services.
• Non-payment beyond 15 days will result in a 1.5% late fee added to the total invoice.
• If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to permanently terminate services and may pursue legal action if necessary.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

To accommodate clients worldwide, we accept multiple payment methods:

• • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.)
  • UPI (For India-based clients)

• Stripe

• • Wise (TransferWise)

• Payoneer

Note: Clients are responsible for any transaction fees associated with their chosen payment method. Any additional banking or conversion fees will be the client’s responsibility.

4. Contract Duration & Termination

• Minimum Commitment: SEO campaigns require a commitment of 3 to 6 months to ensure measurable results.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Retainer clients must provide at least 30 days’ written notice before terminating the contract.
  • Project-based contracts are non-refundable once work has commenced, as resources are allocated immediately upon payment.

5. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided for completed services due to the dynamic nature of SEO and the time invested in research, optimization, and implementation.
• Partial refunds may be considered only if no work has started (admin fee applies to cover processing and administrative costs).

6. Service Suspension & Reinstatement

• If a client fails to make a payment within 5 days of the due date, their SEO services may be temporarily suspended.
• To reinstate suspended services, all outstanding payments must be cleared.

7. Liability & Indemnification

• While we employ ethical and effective SEO strategies, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, as search engine algorithms are subject to change.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by search engine updates, technical failures, or third-party interventions.
• Clients agree to indemnify XSquareSEO against any legal claims related to their website’s SEO activities, including penalties due to non-compliance with search engine guidelines.

8. Confidentiality & Data Security

• We uphold strict confidentiality and do not share client business information with any third parties without explicit consent.
• All sensitive data, including website credentials, analytics access, or login details, is handled securely and stored with high-level encryption.
• Clients are encouraged to regularly update their passwords and maintain security best practices.
