Writing Guidelines

To maintain consistent quality across XSquareSEO, all submissions must follow these standards.

Introduction

120–150 words maximum
Clearly explain the topic, purpose, and value to the reader
Avoid vague openings or generic definitions

Formatting & Structure

Use proper H2 and H3 subheadings
Short paragraphs — maximum 120 words each
Use bullet points or numbered lists where relevant
Ensure smooth logical flow between sections
Use bold or italics sparingly, only for emphasis

Tone & Language

Professional, clear, and informative tone
No promotional language, buzzwords, or clickbait
American English spelling and grammar only

Grammar & Quality Check

Proofread using Grammarly Premium or equivalent
Grammarly screenshot/report is optional but preferred
