- Short paragraphs (maximum 120 words per paragraph)
- Use bullet points or numbered lists where relevant
- Ensure smooth logical flow between sections
- Use bold or italics sparingly and only for emphasis
Tone & Language
- Professional, clear, and informative tone
- No promotional language, buzzwords, or clickbait
- American English spelling and grammar only
Grammar & Quality Check
- Content must be proofread using Grammarly Premium or equivalent
- Grammarly screenshot/report is optional but preferred

- Image Style: Clean, professional, and relevant to the content
- Placement: Featured image must be properly aligned at the top of the article

- Images must be relevant to the content
- No stock images with watermarks
- Proper image placement within sections is required
Indexing & Publication
- Articles are indexed within 24 hours of publishing.
- Payment is requested only after your article is published.
- Accepted payment methods: Wise or UPI (India).
🚫 We Will Reject Submissions That
- Are AI-generated with no human editing
- Contain plagiarized, spun, or low-quality content
- Include unrelated or spammy outbound links
- Do not follow formatting, tone, or link rules
🚫 Non-Accepted Niches
To maintain the quality and focus of XSquareSEO, we do not accept content in the following niches:

- Cryptocurrency / NFTs / Blockchain Promotions
- General Marketing (non-SEO focused)
- General Lifestyle Blogs (e.g., health, adventure, travel not related to SEO)
Articles outside our accepted SEO-focused topics will be rejected without review.
Proof of Authenticity
To ensure high-quality, original content for XSquareSEO, all submissions must include proof that the article is:
- 100% Human-Written – Not generated by AI or automated tools.
- 100% Plagiarism-Free – Original content with proper research and references.
How to Provide Proof:
- Include a Grammarly Premium screenshot/report (optional but preferred).
- A short statement from the author confirming the article is fully human-written.
- Optional: Any drafts, notes, or research references showing your writing process.
Submissions without this proof may be rejected without review.
